All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to site survey and may be adjusted based on actual conditions.

A deposit may be required upon acceptance of a quotation. Payment terms will be detailed in your individual quotation.

4. Installation

Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement and are subject to product availability and weather conditions. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the installation site and for removing any obstacles that may impede installation work.

5. Warranty

Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods and terms vary by product and will be detailed in your purchase documentation.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties.
